Pumpkin Muffins with Cinnamon Chips image

I got this recently at a BIble Study group . It is so easy and delicious . Great for fall . It requires only a few ingredients . I gave it out to a few of my friends and our local grocery stores had a "run" on cinnamon chips . You couldn't find them anywhere !! Glad they are now stocked up .

1 can(s) 15 oz pumpkin - i use libbys or stokleys

small cinnamon /sugar ( optional) for topping

Steps:

  • 1. Mix first 3 ingredients with Mixer about 2 minutes on medium speed until well mixed .
