PUMPKIN CAKE RING image

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 yellow cake mix
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 eggs
water
1 cup pumpkin
1 cup chopped nuts

Steps:

  • 350 for 40-45 minutes. Combine cake mix and spices in bowl. Add eggs and water as directed on mix package substituting pumpkin for 1/3 cup of water. Mix as directed. Stir in nuts. Pour batter into greased and floured 10 inch tube pan or bundt pan.
