Pumpkin Bread Ring image

This recipe came from a friend and I usually make it in the fall. Everyone seems to enjoy it.

3 c bisquick baking mix
1 c sugar
1 c brown sugar (packed)
1/4 c butter melted and cooled
4 eggs
1 can(s) pumpkin 16 oz.
1/4 c milk
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp cloves
1/4 tsp nutmeg

Steps:

  • 1. Grease and flour 12-cup bundt cake pan.
  • 2. Beat all ingredients in large mixer bowl on low speed, scraping bowl constantly for 1/2 minute.
  • 3. Beat on medium speed, scraping bowl occasionally, for 3 minutes.
  • 4. Spread in pan. Bake for about 50 minutes, some ovens may take longer.
  • 5. Bake until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool ten minutes and remove from pan.
  • 6. Cool completely and frost with your favorite frosting.
