This recipe came from a friend and I usually make it in the fall. Everyone seems to enjoy it.

Steps:
- 1. Grease and flour 12-cup bundt cake pan.
- 2. Beat all ingredients in large mixer bowl on low speed, scraping bowl constantly for 1/2 minute.
- 3. Beat on medium speed, scraping bowl occasionally, for 3 minutes.
- 4. Spread in pan. Bake for about 50 minutes, some ovens may take longer.
- 5. Bake until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool ten minutes and remove from pan.
- 6. Cool completely and frost with your favorite frosting.
