PUMPKIN BARS - FAT FREE image

Number Of Ingredients 15

BARS:
2 C. flour
2 t. baking powder
1/2 t. salt
2 t. cinnamon
1 t. nutmeg
1/2 t. allspice
1 t. soda
4 eggs or 1 C. Egg Beaters
2 C. pumpkin
2 C sugar (1/2 Splenda, 1/2 brown sugar)
1 C. applesauce
FROSTING:
1 C. fat-free or light cream cheese
2 T. honey

Steps:

  • BARS: Mix all together. Bake 25 minutes at 350 in a 10" x 15" pan (jelly roll pan). FROSTING: In a food processor or blender, combine the cream cheese and honey. Blend until smooth. Frost cooled bars.
