Pulpo A La Gallega image

Number Of Ingredients 6

1.5 kg Octopus
1 Small Onion
100 milliliters Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tablespoon Paprika
1 tablespoon Spicy Paprika
1 teaspoon Salt

Steps:

  • Clean the octopus
  • Beat with a wooden rolling pin until softened
  • Dice the onion and add it to a pan with water
  • When water begins to boil, dip the octopus in the pan 3 times
  • Leave in the pan for 45 minutes
  • Once cooked, remove and drain well
  • Cut into small pieces using kitchen scissors
