I always save my bananas, freeze them until ready to make this bread. They will be black outside usually, but perfect inside. You may substitute more bananas and use less oil if you prefer. 1 c sugar
1 c oil
1 egg
pinch of salt
3 smashed riped bannas
1 tsp baking soda
1 3/4 c of flour
1 c chopped pecans
