This is a great way to have your coffee and protein at the same time! For an extra boost of fun, try your favorite, flavored fat free yogurt. Serve hot or cold, either way you'll love the results!

1 scoop whey protein
1 (6 ounce) container plain fat-free yogurt (refrigerated or frozen)
