Number Of Ingredients 20

Dressing:
1 - 2 cups sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup shredded green cabbage
1/2 cup chopped red cabbage
2 green onions, chopped
1 - 2 cups bean sprouts
1 red bell pepper, chopped
2 carrots, chopped
1 cup chopped broccoli
1 lge english cucumber, chopped
1 (100g) pkge Ichiban noodles, crumbled
1/2 cup toasted almonds
1/2 cup toasted sesame seeds
1 Tblsp sugar
1/3 cup veg. oil
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
3 Tblsp vinegar
1 pkge seasoning from Ichiban noodles
1 tsp soy sauce, or to taste

Steps:

  • Put all vegetables in large bowl, chill in fridge 1 hour Add raw noodles, almonds & seeds to veg. mixture. Combine dressing ingred., add to salad & toss.
