PRETZEL CRUSTED LEMON LIME PIE image

Pretzel Crust
½ cup Sugar
4 cups Salted Mini Pretzels
12 tablespoons Margarine, melted
Topping
16 ounces (2 cups) Rich Whip
1 can (20 ounces) Lemon Pie Filling
8 ounces (1 cup) Marshmallow Fluff
1 tablespoon Lime Juice
Lemon or Lime Zest for garnish
Pretzels for garnish

Steps:

  • Crust Combine sugar and pretzels. Process until pretzels are finely crushed with some small pieces remaining. Add melted margarine and mix until crumbly. Press into bottom and sides of 9" pie plate. Filling Whip topping into firm peaks. Add lemon pie filling, marshmallow fluff and lime juice. Beat for several minutes until ingredients are evenly incorporated and mixture becomes firm. Pour filling into crust. Cover and freeze overnight. Garnish before serving.
