Pretzel Chicken POUPON image

How to make Pretzel Chicken POUPON

Number Of Ingredients 8

Ingredients:
1/4 cup Dijon Mustard, divided
6 Tbs Classic Ranch Dressing, divided
1/2 cup finely crushed pretzels
2 Tbs minced dried onion
2 Tbs chopped fresh parsley
1/4 tsp pepper
1 lb (4 small) boneless skinless chicken breasts

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 400°F.
  • Mix 3 Tbs. mustard and 1 Tbs. dressing in shallow dish. Mix pretzel crumbs, onion, parsley and pepper in separate shallow dish.
  • Dip chicken, 1 breast at a time, in mustard mixture, then in pretzel mixture, turning to evenly coat both sides of each breast with each mixture. Place on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Bake 15 min. or until chicken is done (165ºF). Mix remaining mustard and dressing; serve spooned over chicken.
  • Substitute: Substitute 2 tsp. parsley flakes for the chopped fresh parsley.
