1 cup strong green tea
1 teaspoon instant ginsent tea
2 frozen bananas
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1 cup frozen apple or orange juice concentrate
2 tablespoons wheat germ
2 tablespoons flaxseeds or oil
1 tablespoon spirulina
1 teaspoon bee pollen

Steps:
