Hello, Im so excited for you guys to try this turkey Marinade, this is the Puertorican way of preparing a turkey and I promise you will be the talk of your gathering!

Number Of Ingredients 13

1/2 cup(s) black pepper
1 cup(s) peeled garlic
1/2 cup(s) adobo (latin seasoning)
1 package(s) sazon (latin seasoning)
1/2 cup(s) dry oregano
1/2 cup(s) pitted green olives
1/2 cup(s) pitted green olives juice from jar
handfull - cilantro, fresh
1/3 cup(s) vegetable or olive oil
1/2 cup(s) chardonay or cooking wine
1/2 cup(s) orange juice
1/2 cup(s) cranberry juice
1/2 cup(s) more chardonay or cooking wine

Steps:

  • Make sure you do this marinade on turkey two days before... Poke holes in turkey on top and poke the thighs too. Place Turkey in the turkey baking bag Mix first 11 ingredients in a blender! Pour all over turkey and under the skin of the turkey very important!
  • Blend equal parts of the last three ingrediants and pour all over the turkey... Close the bag Marinade for two days. Before you bake your turkey take some of the marinade and retouch the top and sides hen bake! Bake Turkey at POUNDS Direction on the Package
