- 1. Heat oven to 350...prepare pan. Cream the butter and cream cheese, add the sugar, blend well. Add the egg, mix well, then add the vanilla.
- 2. Add the flour alternately with the buttermilk, begin and end with flour. Pour into prepared pan, bake at 350 for approx 25-30 minutes, toothpick comes clean when done.
