1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon summer savory
1 teaspoon coriander
1 teaspoon allspice
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon oregano
1 tablespoon ground ginger
seasoning salt, to taste (optional)

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients; sprinkle on poultry before baking or roasting.
