1 c.s. de zeste de citron
1/2 tasse de jus de citron
1/2 tasse d'huile végétale
1 oeuf
1 c.s. de sel
1 c.s. d'herbes mélangées
1/4 c.s. de poivre noir
3 1/2 livres de poulet en morceaux

Steps:

  • Cuire à 350F pendant environ 1 heure le poulet enduit de tous les ingrédients. Remuer aux 20 minutes.
