This is a type of potato casserole. You microwave it, so it's quick. I got a variation of this from my aunt a very long time ago and changed a couple of things to make it better for my family. If you don't have the bacon (or time to use it) skip it. It'll still be good.

Steps:
- Slice potatoes into 1 1/2 quart dish. Add onions and water. Cover with a lid and microwave on high for 12-14 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking time.
- Except bacon, combine remaining ingredients. Add to potatoes and mix lightly.
- Sprinkle bacon on top and microwave on high for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes to heat thoroughly.
