Potato Casserole, Sandy's image

Father's Day 2017, this was part of what Sandy made...My daughter, who is vegetarian for health reasons, ate so much of this I thought she would explode! Please see the changes in ingredients that Sandy uses, but make it your own! It is incredibly good!

Number Of Ingredients 10

1 bag(s) ore-ida hash browns, thawed (sandy used a 30 oz bag of hash browns, or 6 cups thawed)
2 c sour cream
2 c shredded cheddar
1 stick butter, melted
1-2 can(s) cream of chicken soup
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
TOPPING:
2 c cornflakes (sandy uses crushed ritz crackers instead)
1/4 c melted butter

Steps:

  • 1. Mix ingredients for casserole. Put in buttered 9x13 pan. Add topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 min.
