Number Of Ingredients 7

24-30 oz. hash browns
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 cups sour cream
2 cups cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
salt and pepper to taste
Mix 1/2 cup butter with cornflakes or bread crumbs for topping

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients. Place in 9x13 pan and bake at 350 for 45min to 1 hour.
