Potato Bread (Bread Machine) image

Potato bread made easy with instant potatoes and powdered milk. I sometimes put the machine on dough cycle and remove the dough and make it into 2 small loaves for dinner

Number Of Ingredients 9

3/4 cup water
2/3 cup instant potato flakes (or 1/2 cup mashed potatoes)
1 egg
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons sugar
1/4 cup powdered milk
1 teaspoon salt
3 cups flour
1 1/2 teaspoons yeast

Steps:

  • In the bowl of your bread machine, add the ingredients in the order that they are listed. Make sure that the yeast is not touching the water.
  • Select basic setting.
