Potato-Beef Casserole image

Number Of Ingredients 4

5 potatoes , peeled and diced
1 onion , diced
1/2 pound ground beef , browned
1 (10 3/4-ounce) can cream of mushroom soup

Steps:

  • Place potatoes and onion in an ungreased 13" x 9" baking pan set aside. Mix ground beef and soup together add one cup water. Spread over potatoes bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
