Number Of Ingredients 7

1 LB Potatoes, peeled & diced
1 LB Leeks, or Onions
3-4 TBS Unsalted Butter
4-6 TBS Heavy Cream
2-4 TBS Minced Chives, and Parsley,
Sliced Radishes for garnish
Salt and Pepper

Steps:

  • Simmer potatoes, and leeksin salted water,for 40 to 50 min. until soft. Puree vegetables with immersion blender, Add butter bits, then salt & pepper to taste. Stir in cream.
