Number Of Ingredients 14

Pot Sticker Ingredients
1 Pack (10 oz.) Round Dumpling wrapper frozen and defrosted;
1 lb. of minced pork or ground chicken breast;
1 onions diced finely;
1 egg;
1 Tbsp. Light Soy Sauce;
1 Tbsp. White Pepper; and
1 tsp. Sesame Seed Oil.
Serving Sauce Ingredients
2 Tbsp. Red Wine Vinegar;
2 Tbsp. Water;
1 tsp. Sugar;
Food Processor to Mince and Combine Ingredients;

Steps:

  • 1. Mix minced pork with soy sauce, white pepper and sesame seed oil in a bowl, add egg and then mix or use food processor); 2. Mix diced onion with pork; 3. Put 1 tsp. of pork mixture into center of each wrapper; 4. Wet edge or wrapper; 5. Fold dumpling into semi-circle and press the edge of circle with finger to close; 6. Wrap all dumplings into semi-circle; 7. Heat skillet with low heat; 8. Add oil and spread evenly over heated surface; 9. Place dumplings into skillet; 10. Sprinkle tsp. of water on top of dumplings; 11. Cover skillet and cook until dumplings are golden brown. 12. Mix Sauce Ingredients and microwave for 1 minute.
