Before getting on with the description of this recipe, I want to thank Molly53(Molly is a Chef over at Food.com) for the name of this recipe.I made this recipe using Country Style-Pork Ribs (boneless),but I'm pretty sure it could be made with a boneless pork roast or even a pork loin of the same size with equal results.If you are...

Number Of Ingredients 9

1 1/2 lb country style boneless pork ribs( see in my description for an alternate meat )
1 c all purpose flour
1 tsp seasoned salt (like lawry's, generic works well also )
1 tsp ground black pepper
1/8 c bacon grease
GRAVY INGREDIENTS
1 10 3/4 can of campbell's golden mushroom soup
1 package onion soup mix ( i use generic )
1 tsp oregano, dried

Steps:

  • 1. In a medium sized bowl combine all gravy ingredients and set aside.
  • 2. In a large gallon sized plastic bag,add flour,pepper,and seasoned salt.Shake well to combine all ingredients.
  • 3. Place meat into seasoned flour and shake well to coat meat.
  • 4. Heat grease until hot but not smoking,cook meat on all sides until lightly browned.( remember you don't want to cook the meat all the way through)
  • 5. Put half of meat into crockpot,and cover with half of the gravy mixture.Top with remaining meat and gravy.
  • 6. Cook for 6 hours.
