Steps:
- Cut sausage links into 36 1/2" slices Brush puff pastry with beaten egg and cut 36 circles of pastry using 1 1/2" fluted cutter (buy at ciacook.com) Top each sausage round with pastry circle and sprinkle with sasame seeeds Skewer each stack with a toothpick and place on a baking sheet Bake at 400 degrees until pastry is golden (18 - 20 mins) Serve with Apricot Mustard Dip
