Pork Tenderloin with Horseradish Sauce (skinny) Recipe image

Number Of Ingredients 13

1/2 t steak seasoning
1/2 t dried rosemary
1/2 t dried thyme
1 pork tenderloin (3/4 lb)
2 garlic cloves, peeled and quartered
1 t balsamic vinegar
1 t olive oil
Horseradish Sauce
2 T fat free mayo
2 T fat free sour cream
1 t horseradish
1/8 t grated lemon peel
dash salt and pepper

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, combine the steak seasoning, rosemary, thyme; rub over meat. Using the point of a sharp knife, make eight slits in the tenderloin. Insert the garlic cloves into slits. Place meat on a rack in a foil lined shallow roasting pan. Drizzle with vinegar and oil. Bake uncovered at 350 for 30-40 min or until thermometer reads 160. Let stand for 10 min before slicing. Meanwhile combine the sauce ingredients and serve with pork.
