This traditional Italian dish features Pork Tenderloin pieces skewered and grilled like kebabs. Then placed in Italian bread and eaten as a sandwich. The long marinating time makes the meat very tender and very flavorful. The tomato juice marinade gives it a distinctive Italian flavor.
