*Pork Tenderloin in a Soy Brown Sugar Marinade* image

This sauce is perfect to marinade pork in! Enjoy

Number Of Ingredients 9

1/4 c light soy sauce
1/4 c brown sugar, lightly packed
2 clove garlic, chopped
1/4 c dijon mustard
1/2 tsp ground ginger
2 tsp worcestershire sauce
1/4 c olive oil
1 dash(es) hot sauce
2 pork tenderloins

Steps:

  • 1. Mix ingredients for marinade and put into a bag with pork for 4 hours in fridge.
  • 2. Bake at 375 degrees for 30-45 minutes or until no longer pink in center and it reaches 145 degrees with a meat thermometer.
  • 3. Let rest and cut into 1/2 inch slices to serve. Top with cooked juices from the pan.
