Steps:
- In a large skillet on medium high heat, add olive oil. When the oil is shimmering, add the pork roast and brown on all sides. Meanwhile in your slow cooker, add onions, pineapple (juice reserved), chili powder, ground clove and allspice, cinnamon stick, garlic, raisins and cumin seeds. Transfer the pork to the slow cooker. With the reserved pineapple juice, deglaze the skillet and add to the slow cooker. Set to low for 8-10 hours.
