Steps:
- - Pour 3 cups of water in crock pot - Add your cut up potatoes and carrots - Lay out 2 sheets of aluminum foil on top of each other - Place roast on foil - Turn up ends of fol so that sherry won't drip off Pour 3 tbs. of cooking sherry on roast - Sprinkle onion soup mix over roast - Fold up foil and seal closed - Lay foil roast on top of potatoes and carrots - Cover pot Cook on low 8-10 hours
