Steps:
- Cook ribs, covered, in enough boiling salted water to cover for 45 to 60 minutes or till tender. Drain well; season ribs with salt and pepper.
- Combine remaining ingredients in saucepan. Brnig to boiling. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered 25 minutes, or till reduced to 2 cups, stirring occasionally.
- Grill ribs over slow coals for 45 minutes, turning every 15 minutes or till done.
- Brush with sauce during the last 15 minutes.
