PORK GROUND CHUCK MEATLOAF image

I've made this recipe for a long time The only thing i added new this year. Was the green pepper i guarantee your Family & Friends will LOVE IT. My Best Friend Virginia Gillespie, LOVED this! God rest her soul..

Number Of Ingredients 12

1 lb ground pork
1 lb ground chuck/or ground round
1 large white onion
1/2 small green pepper diced fine
2 large eggs
1 small can of tomato paste
1 fl dash of red wine vinegar
1 Tbsp worchester sauce
1/2 tsp dijon mustard
1/2 c ketchup in the loaf and cover the top before baking
1/2 c vigo golden bread crumbs
1 dash(es) salt /pepper

Steps:

  • 1. Pork,Beef, onion,salt,pepper, beat eggs! add vinegar, mustard, worchester sauce, ketchup ....... salt pepper..... add enough Bread Crumbs to stiffen mixture. mix very thoroughly! ( Pre Heat oven to 350) if your making small loaf use only 1/2 lb pork 1/2 lb ground chuck or round and diminish other ingredients to accommodate size!
  • 2. Place in oblong meatloaf pan if you have one! mix real well, 1/4 cup red vinegar,2 tbsp Dijon mustard,1/2 cup worchester sauce, 1/2 cup Ketchup......pour and cover entire meat loaf.....make sure meatloaf is entirely covered... the more the better... BAKE FOR 1 HOUR and 20 MINUTES or until you think it is done you can test this by placing a slit in middle of loaf
