Pork Essentials: Master Marinade image

This marinade is good for all things pork. I have used it on bone-in or boneless chops, pork roasts, and pork tenderloins. It is easy/peasy to pull together and develops awesome flavors. So, you ready... Let's get into the kitchen.

Number Of Ingredients 10

PLAN/PURCHASE
1/3 cup(s) olive oil, extra virgin variety
1/4 cup(s) lemon juice, freshly squeezed
1/4 cup(s) tamari sauce or liquid aminos
1 clove(s) garlic, minced
1 tablespoon(s) coconut sugar
2 teaspoon(s) dijon mustard, i prefer grey poupon
1 teaspoon(s) onion powder
1/2 teaspoon(s) dried oregano
white pepper, freshly ground, to taste

Steps:

  • PREP/PREPARE
  • Mix all the ingredients together, and then refrigerate until ready to use.
  • When using, it is best to let the pork rest in the marinade for several hours, or for best results, overnight.
