PORK CHOPS WITH TOMATO SAUCE image

Number Of Ingredients 6

4 pork chops
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup water
1 tsp. Worchesterchire Sauce
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
rice

Steps:

  • Season the pork chops with salt and pepper. Brown them in olive oil. Stir in the rest of the ingredients, cover, and simmer for 20-30 minutes. Serve over rice.
