Steps:
- Sprinkle both sides of pork chops with salt, pepper, onion powder and a bit of garlic powder. Puree chopped mango in blender. Sautee onions and garlic in 1 tbls butter and add mango puree. Bring the puree, butter, pineapple, mango nectar, sugar, mustard,and remaining 1/2 tsp salt and pepper to boil. Simmer until thickened, 12-15 minutes. Grill pork chops, plate and top with sauce. Garnish with cilantro.
