To help reduce clean up, I find it easier to brown pork chops on the side burner on the grill outside. This will reduce the amount of oily cleanup on the stove.

Steps:
- 1. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown pork chops in oil; remove. Drain.
- 2. Add remaining ingredients to skillet. Place the pork chops over the rice mixture. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes or until rice is tender.
