6 pork chops
1 cup chicken broth
1 1/3 cups rice
10 1/2 ounces condensed cream of chicken soup, thinned

Steps:

  • In skillet, brown pork chops on both sides.
  • Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  • Place rice in a greased 9X13 pan. Pour chicken broth over rice.
  • Arrange pork chops on top of rice.
  • Pour thinned can of cream of chicken soup over all.
  • Cover and bake 350 for 45 minutes.
  • Uncover and bake 10 minutes longer.
