PORK CHOPS IN WHITE WINE image

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 large onion, chopped
1 cup white wine (fruit juice can be substituted)
3 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. soy sauce
4 - 6 pork chops

Steps:

  • In a skillet, sauté onion in butter until translucent. Remove from pan and set aside. Add chops to skillet and brown on each side. Place chops in ovenproof casserole dish. Top with onions. Mix wine with soy sauce & pour over top. Cover bake at 325 (F) for 1 hour. Serve over rice.
