Steps:
- Preheat oven to 380 Brown chops in pan quickly, just for crust. Set aside. Saute onions in pan. Add cream, sour cream, mustard to color, salt, and pepper to taste. Let cook under medium low heat for 2-3 minutes. Place layer of sauce on bottom of pyrex dish, followed by layer of chops, repeat until full. Cover with aluminum foil and cook for 20-25 minutes or until pork is done and the juices mingle.
