1 lb. lean ground pork
1 onion diced
1 cup bread crumbs or panko
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs slightly beaten
1 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp black pepper

Steps:

  • combine and mix all ingredients in a large bowl Add 1 tablespoon olive oil to skillet and heat to medium high heat divide mixed meat into 8 servings Pat them down with back of spatula to form patties. cook patties, turning once, 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown.
