PORK AND CORN STUFFING BAKE image

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 can (10 3/4 oz) Campbells Golden Corn soup
1 1/2 cups Peppridge Farm Corn Bread Stuffing mix
1/4 cup finely chopped celery
1/4 cup finely chopped onions
1/2 tsp paprika
4 boneless pork chops
1 Tbs packed brown sugar
1 tsp spicy brown mustard

Steps:

  • Combine soup, stuffing cerlery, onion and paprika. In a 9" greased pie plate, spoon stuffing. Arrange chops on stuffing, pressing lightly into stuffing. Combine sugar and mustard. Spread mixture evenly over chops. Bake at 400 for 30 minutes or until chops are no longer pink. Servings: 4
