Number Of Ingredients 10

3 pounds cabbage, shredded
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1/2 cup carrot, shredded
1 small onion, chopped
1 teaspoon salt
For the Dressing:
2 cups Miracle Whip
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup white vinegar
1/4 cup vegetable oil

Steps:

  • Combine all vegetables and 1 tsp. salt.
  • Mix together all dressing ingredients until well blended.
  • Pour over vegetable mixture and refrigerate 2 hours or more to let flavors blend together.
