Popeye's BLT Tortellini Salad image

This BLT Pasta salad is made with spinach and cheese tortellini! Great for cook outs. You will wow everybody!!! Also great sauteed together and served warm.

Number Of Ingredients 11

12-14 ounce(s) tortellini, cheese& spinach stuffed cooked
8 slice(s) bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 cup(s) miracle whip or creamy italian dressing
2 tablespoon(s) sour cream
1/3 cup(s) chili sauce
1/4 cup(s) lemon juice
2 teaspoon(s) adoba seasoning
2 teaspoon(s) sugar
1 large tomatoes, seeded and diced
1/4 cup(s) green onions, sliced
6 cup(s) baby spinach

Steps:

  • In large bowl, combine mayonnaise, chili sauce, lemon juice, spices and sugar; stir in tortellini, tomato and onions. Cover; chill.
  • Just before serving, stir in spinach and bacon. Refrigerate leftovers.
