Pom Pom Chicken image

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 cups water
0.5 cups soy sauce
0.5 cups vinegar
1 units garlic powder
3 units bay leaves
3 pounds chicken
1 boxes minute rice

Steps:

  • Add all ingredients (not the rice) to medium size pot. Cook 30 to 45 minutes on low (until chicken is fully cooked) with lid halfway on pan (open slightly to let out steam).
  • When chicken is done, remove bay leaves. Serve over Minute Rice.
