I personally LOVE this dish because it's quick and also vety filling and healthy. Easy to prepare when pressed for time yet enjoyable with an Oriental twang.

Steps:
- 1. Marinate and refrigerate for about 30 minutes prior to cooking will add an even tastier and tender fla or to this recipe. I used McCormick's Grill Mates "HAWAIIAN LUAU FLAVOR MARINADE.
- 2. Season pork with garlic powder.
- 3. Heat oil in a 10" skillet over medium high heat. (I prefer to use Wesson Oil. Olive Oil may also be used for that extra healthy touch. Add pork and cook until well browned on both sides.
- 4. Stir onion, soup, water, pineapple with juice, soy sauce, and honey in skillet and heat to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Cook 10 min. Or until pork is cooked through. Serve pork and sauce over rice and sprinkle with green onion.
