Number Of Ingredients 8

1 big can diced tomatoes
1 medium sized white onion, chopped into largish pieces (eighths)
1 lime
2 chicken breasts
4 cloves garlic
8 flour tortillas
2 tbsp fresh thyme, diced
2 tbsp fresh cilantro, diced

Steps:

  • Add tomatoes, onion, garlic, chicken, thyme & cilantro to a pot or pan with a lid. Cook on low heat until the chicken pulls apart with a flick of a fork (about 90 minutes) Serve with wedges of lime and tortillas.
