POLENTA WITH PROSCIUTTO image

Number Of Ingredients 11

2 1/2 C water
5/8 C polenta
Parmesan
2 tbl butter
salt and pepper
evoo to serve
for topping
2 tbl evoo
6 slices prosciutto
fontina cheese
12 sage leaves

Steps:

  • Make Polenta Cool polenta and cut out. Bake polenta under broiler. Layer with toppings and place under broiler for 3-4 minutes and serve with olive oil to dip in.
