Saute:
2 Tb olive oil
1 xl carrot
1 onion
3 stalks celery
2 Tb minced garlic
2 small poblano peppers
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp white pepper
1/8 tsp cumin
1/8 tsp thyme
Add and simmer:
1 1/2 tsp chicken bullion
1 1/2 qt chicken broth
1/4 bunch cilantro
1 1/2 c cooked chicken
1/2 tsp hot sauce
1/2 c heavy cream at end
