This recipe evolved out of a mistake. It tastes better as a mistake than the original recipe.

Steps:
- 1. Poach Chicken Breasts in Chicken Stock. Bring liquid to a boil turn down heat and simmer 20 minutes or until done.
- 2. Remove and Cool Chicken and cut into cubes
- 3. Return Chicken Stock to a boil, add Pasta and boil 8 minutes. Strain pasta.
- 4. Make Cream Sauce with butter, mushrooms, mushroom soup, cream cheese, heavy cream and garlic powder. Heat until cream cheese is melted.
- 5. Add chicken and pasta
- 6. Pour into greased 7x11 baking dish
- 7. Mix Panko crumbs and melted butter sprinkle on pasta
- 8. Bake 350 for 25 minutes
