Number Of Ingredients 11

1 1/2 cups Flour
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/4 cup Butter
1/4 cup Lard
1/4 cup Cold water
4 cups Plums
1 cup Sugar
2 Eggs
2 teaspoons Vanilla
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
1 pinch Salt

Steps:

  • 1. Cut shortening into flour and salt. Add water. Roll out. Fit into 9" square pan. 2. Place plums on top of the crust. 3. Mix filling ingredients and drizzle evenly over plums. 4. Bake at 425 for 10 minutes. Bake at 350 for 30 to 40 minutes.
